Terms and Conditions

General

  • No agent, contractor or representative of Pacific Adventure Tours has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Pacific Adventure Tours reserves the right at any time to modify these Terms and Conditions and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Pacific Adventure Tours service. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings

  • Your booking is not confirmed and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by Pacific Adventure Tours and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically canceled if full payment is not received by Pacific Adventure Tours at least 5 days before your tour date.
  • Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact Pacific Adventure Tours immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Pacific Adventure Tours cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days of sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Pacific Adventure Tours reserves the right to re-invoice you with correct pricing.
  • Passengers can change their shuttle booking by sending us an email at [email protected]. It must be done more than 3 days before departure of the original journey.

Payments and Deposits

  • All rates are in US dollars and include all taxes and fees. Pacific Adventure Tours accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
  • Final payment for your shuttle is due 5 days prior to departure.  If final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled and your full deposit will be retained by Pacific Adventure Tours.
  • Your reservation will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received by Pacific Adventure Tours by due date.
  • 50% deposits may be required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you.
  • Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

 Cancellation policy

  • We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. Keeping that in mind, we will gladly give a refund for any reservation canceled with a minimum fourty eight (48) hours notice prior to the departure time. There is a $30.00 processing fee for any cancellation at any time after booking and prior to fourty eight (48) hours before the departure time.
  •  No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellations made by phone or in person.  Cancellations must be e-mailed  to our Reservations Department: [email protected]
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of the reservation is cancelled or changed less than 48 hours prior to departure time, or in the event of reservation abandonment (no show). This includes bookings made within 48 hours of departure time.
  • The portions of the package / tour left unused, by decision of the passenger, will not be refundable once the package / tour is in progress.

Travel times & Delays

  • Pacific Adventure Tours is not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under such conditions, Pacific Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.
  • Travel Times: Unlike direct transportation, shared ride travel typically takes longer as customers wait for fellow passengers to load or unload. In addition to being affected by other passengers sharing the ride, travel time is dependent on geography, weather or tide condition, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact travel time.
  • Service Advisories: At times there may be delays and changes to normal operations due to severe weather and traffic incidences. Whenever possible, Pacific Adventure Tours will post information to website or other forms of communication, to notify customers in advance.
  • The passenger will be contacted by our agents in the place indicated in the itinerary of the tour, and after identifying with your passport or identity document and mentioning the reservation confirmation code, will suffice for the beginning of the rendering of the services.
