Our adventure begins in Mutis Port, 24 km south of the city of Santiago de Veraguas, where we board one of our boats and sail along the waters of the San Pedro River, a journey of about 60 minutes where we will cross its brackish waters, we will find lush mangrove forests and wildlife, until leaving the Gulf of Montijo and navigate along the Veraguense coast of the Pacific, until reaching Santa Catalina Island, located in front of Santa Catalina town; famous for its majestic waves coveted by surfers worldwide.
On the island we enjoy of calm waters, white sand and a spectacular view of the Santa Catalina town. If you wish, we can reach the edge of town where you can take a walk and know the place, even renting a surfboard or hire a dive instructor to learn about the underwater beauties of the area surrounding the Coiba National Park.
