The Highlands of Panama, with a height of more than 1,500 masl,is a mountainous system connected to the sector of Talamanca – Costa Rica, by the La Amistad International Park, touring the National Parks: Volcán Barú, General of Division Omar Torrijos Herrera , until reaching Cerro Trinidad in the Altos de Campana National Park and Biological Reserve.
